Beta terms and confidentiality acknowledgement
HoleFilled is a pre-release, fictional demonstration. It does not place real workers, send messages, make staffing decisions, or connect to employer systems.
Your responsibilities as a tester
- Keep beta access, screenshots, screen recordings, and test links private. Do not share them publicly or use them in promotional material without written permission.
- Report defects and usability feedback through the provided support channel.
- Do not enter real employee, customer, payment, health, or other sensitive personal information.
- Do not rely on this beta for emergency response, staffing coverage, employment decisions, or live operations.
Native beta builds use device-level capture protection to block ordinary screenshots, screen recording, and recent-app previews. This reduces accidental sharing but cannot prevent someone from photographing a device screen.
Data and privacy
The demo uses fictional data. Avoid submitting personal data in feedback. Read the privacy policy and use the support page for test feedback.
What this acknowledgement is not
This beta acknowledgement is not an NDA, pilot agreement, employment agreement, data-processing agreement, or customer contract. Any employer design-partner pilot involving real data, integrations, or messaging requires a separately signed agreement before work begins.
