Privacy Policy

This policy describes the HoleFilled Shipaton prototype. The current demonstration uses fictional employer, shift, worker, conversation, and transportation data. It is not connected to a production employer or HR system.

Information processed

A production version may process account identifiers, employer and worksite membership, qualifications supplied by an employer, availability, shift offers and responses, communication preferences and consent, transportation barriers, approved assistance, purchase entitlements, device diagnostics, and audit records. Precise location will not be collected unless a user knowingly enables a transportation feature that requires it.

Purposes

Information may be used to authenticate users, identify qualified internal workers, deliver requested shift communications, coordinate approved transportation, prevent duplicate assignments, enforce employer policies, provide paid features, maintain security and auditability, and improve reliability.

AI and employment decisions

AI may assist with conversation and barrier classification. Qualification, spending limits, and assignment rules are designed to remain deterministic and employer-controlled. HoleFilled should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, termination, discipline, compensation, or another high-impact employment decision.

Purchases

Mobile subscription transactions are processed by the applicable app store and RevenueCat. HoleFilled receives entitlement and transaction-status information but does not receive complete payment-card details.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with the relevant employer workspace and contracted service providers only as needed to operate requested features. Production retention periods will be documented before public data collection begins. Prototype data may be reset or deleted without notice.

Choices and safeguards

Workers should be able to choose communication channels, opt out, decline without retaliation, and request human assistance. Employers are responsible for lawful authority to supply workforce data and contact workers. Do not enter sensitive personal or real employer data into the prototype.

Security and children

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are planned, but no system is guaranteed secure. HoleFilled is intended for employment use by adults and is not directed to children.

This policy will be revised before production integrations or real-user data collection are enabled.
