HoleFilled is a pre-release demonstration using fictional data. It is not a live staffing, emergency-response, transportation, employment, or HR system. Do not use it to make employment, scheduling, compensation, disciplinary, safety, or emergency decisions.

Permitted use

You may use the beta only to evaluate the demonstration and provide feedback. You must follow the Beta Terms, keep beta materials private, and avoid entering personal, confidential, or sensitive information.

Payments

If an optional test purchase is made, the applicable app store processes payment and cancellation under its own terms. Do not make a purchase unless the store listing and product details are complete and accurate. The beta does not promise that a paid feature will remain available.

Availability and liability

The beta may change, reset, or stop at any time. It is provided as-is for evaluation, without a promise of availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Use the support page for non-sensitive beta feedback. A production launch requires a named legal entity and private support contact.
